Ted is the oldest of the group, who started playing drums at the age of 13 on a drum pad, shoebox lids, and grade school text books. His exposure to percussion came in high school when he participated in the school and theater orchestras. When he turned 17, he joined his first band and has been in several bands in the Philly area ever since.
Today, he works as a union carpenter and has found a home with Code Blue. When asked about the band, he says, "I think we are a talented group of musicians that work well together and I plan to stay in the group until I have no more hands left." He also believes that he can get somewhere with a little support.
